I had really wonderful time during the international meeting in Warsaw. I have realized the importance of learning foreign languages, overcame my language barrier and fear to speak English. It was an incredible experience which I gain being a volunteer. I have met a lot of interesting people. My favorite activity was geo-caching when we were supposed to find small caches and look around the city. The trip was nice and I would like to participate more in such kind of international meetings.
This meeting helped me to upgrade my language abilities. International exchange and conversations about personal experience gave me a lot of to think on the topic regarding volunteering. Trip to Warsaw changed my attitude to the volunteering. Common activities helped us to integrate. Schuman parade was one of the most unforgettable experiences.
International meeting that was held in May was for me a great adventure. Yet, on first day I had possibility to meet people from different countries. My favorite activity was one with a tie that helped me to get acquainted with people and overcame my diffidence. It helped me to realize that despite of not knowing language perfectly it is possible to communicate with others. I have only positive memories about our trip, because I have met there a lot of nice people. First of all, I realized the role of being a volunteer and participation in various charity actions. I would like to thank everyone with whom I have spent that wonderful four days. I will remember that trip for a long time.
I accepted with enthusiasm the invitation to participate in project in Warsaw because I have never been before in Warsaw. I have met a lot of people and learned a lot of new things. It was big opportunity for me to develop my personal skills. Language barrier disappears when you are meeting people privately and everyone is eager to communicate and share things. Warsaw is beautiful and modern city. On Saturday I participated in Schuman Parade what gave me a lot of energy and happiness. During different volunteering actions everyone was able to find something for themselves. In my opinion this trip was organized on a very well.
Last trip with my school to Warsaw organized by European Club changed my opinion about volunteering. I have learned a lot of interesting things and started to look at volunteering from another perspective. That trip helped me to develop my English speaking skills and now I feel more comfortable in communication with foreigners. During such a short period of time I met a lot of people. I discovered Warsaw from new perspective of a routine life by travelling every day with metro or bus. I am very happy that I could participate in that event and glad to be a part of a great team.
I am very grateful to European Club that I have got an opportunity to visit Warsaw. One of the most unforgettable moments was Schuman Parade where me and my colleagues presented how to do First aid. For a long time i will remember a concert of symphonic orchestra dedicated to the European Union and show of dancing fountains. I hope to have more international meetings in future.
